When inquiring about an order, you must include your order number. And the email address you provide here must match the email address from the order. The Email* field is a mandatory entry.

Do you have a question about a product?

The easiest way for us to help you is if you tell us the item number of the product you need help with. You can find the item number for each product in the product overview. The Email* field is a mandatory field.

Would you like a call back?

We'll gladly call you back on weekdays between 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Just add your phone number and let us know when we can call you back. The Email* field is mandatory.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery times are usually between 2-4 working days depending on receipt of payment. Delivery within Germany is handled by DHL.
